I just moved this printer from my office to my house, and this error message popped up. Any ideas?


Error Code: 07,002.44:29389

Let me know if someone can point me in the right direction...

error 7,002.44 Is a process motor stall... When you moved it did you let the printer set turned off for a hour? If not it is very possible you have ink spilt inside of the printer not allowing the drum to turn correctly. Just a thought.
