Phaser 860 eleminate light srtipes

I cannot remove light stripes, black, colour is ok.

Have run cleaning cycle 3 times, turned it off/on still no joy.

Printer is left on all the time but not used for up to 14 days at a time.

Have you turned the printer off overnight and run another cleaning the next day? This sometimes helps. If you have done this, you may need to contact Xerox as they warrant their ink in the event you cannot recover clogged inkjets.
