My user is experience problem printing with Phaser 8560. Each time a print job sends to this printer the output is not as previewed. The output is smaller i.e. reducing in size and not 100%. It is regardless which application they use to print e.g. Adobe Reader, MS Excel and etc. Hope someone have experience the same with resolution could help.
