Phaser 8550 Error 09,35.43

Hello,

I'm currently working on a Phaser 8550 that gives the 09,35.43 error (Cyan Ink Stick Count Fault). The users have been using Xerox colour wax and 3rd party black wax. I saw another topic that mentioned replacing the ink loader. I have done this and it hasn't changed the fault, I have also changed the wax for completely new sticks. Does anybody have any other suggestions?

You need to go into dia's and reset the tech rep faults.
