Has anyone had any issues with the 8550 dll causing a W2K Terminal server to crash when printing multiple PDF documents through the Adobe reader (ver 7.0.8)?
At least one user can do it all the time. Others so far have not. The memory dump is pointing to both of these products.
Switch the problem user to a W23K RC2 server now in testing and no issues. Also deleted that users profile and created a new one. No change.

How is the printer configured in TS, local remap or ts created?

I've had similar issues with remap due to one systems driver version, whenever the user connected to TS and printed, the spooler would fail (not crash though).

Solution was to install the correct os driver on the TS, all worked well after that.

It's a re-map from the print server. All the users have Thinclients; no PCs so the driver should work for all or none. In this case, it's both which is odd all by itself.
The driver is for NT/2000 which would be correct as the print server is NT. The 2003 TS server required a different driver and was locally installed. I have not turned that 2003 server out for multiple user testing just yet.
