I have had the 850 DP for about two years. I started using third party color stix's. Since then the print is very streaky, and the only colors that seem to print are black and magenta. I have changed the stixs but no luck.I also noticed the roller (C1) in maintenance draw A has streaks of color on it. Is this normal? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

phaser 850dp prints only magenta and black and is very streaky

Unfortunately, third party ink is not compatible with Xerox ink. It clogs the printhead. Go back to the manufacturer and get them to pay for a new printhead.
