Phaser 850 report fault:07.004.46:64452? 1

We have an older Phaser 850 that has the following error:

Printer error-contact service.
Report Fault: 07.004.46.64452

I believe this may be the drum clutch, but I'm looking for more info. If anyone could identify what we need to do to repair, we would be very grateful. Service is very expensive so we will probably end up replacing if it is not something we can take care of ourselves.

It will need the drum maintenance clutch p/n 650428800 about $65, I also reccommend replaced the maintenance drawer at the same time p/n 436035901 about $100. The reason to replace the drawer is that most likely the lift pins on each side of the drawer are worn. This can be seen by notches wore into the ends of the lift pins.
