About every 4 prints the paper jams under the rapid release guide. I have cleaned the black sticky stuff off the white cam on the right side and have a new maintenance drawer with no worn arms and don't know what to check next.
I do not know how to check the paper Synchronization speed to see if that is a problem.
What would cause this to happen every 4 to 5 prints? Printer has about 87,000 prints on it. Does the white cam need to be replaced? It doesn't look like the little bump that triggers the rapid release guide is worn but that is all I can figure out.
Any ideas would be a great help.

Or the left side of the printer there is a compound gear. (The one with the cog looking things around it.) Pull it off and look at the inner most portion of it closly. There may be a tooth broken, damaged, or missing. Next Look at the Transfix gear behind it. (The one that has a section of teeth missing.) Pull it out and check the key in the center of it. Make sure the gear isnt broken.
