phaser 850 paper jam in the top cover

I have a phaser 850 that is jamming EVERY time in the top cover (where the words "phaser 850" is printed). The paper seems to get a crease about one inch from the top of the page. Is this what is jamming the paper?

What are your thoughts?

Could be the lower exit sensor/flag assy. It has a spring that tends to go south if you have a high page count unit. Check to make sure that the flag isn't blocking the sensor when it returns to home. It may also be a roller issue, or perhaps a transfix pressure adjustment is necessary.

The first 2 error codes indicate that you may need to have the dmc clutch update installed. Replacing it may also resolve the jams at exit. If not then I would remove the upper feed roller assy and check for paper scraps in the paper path.
