I have a Tektronix Phaser 850 and the printer has stopped producing cyan on prints for approximately seven (7) days. I have gone through the process of eliminating light stripes to clean the printhead as well as shut the printer off overnight to activate it the next morning. Nothing works. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? I am using Xerox ink. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
