phaser 850,maintenance drawer/service manual

i have a customers phaser 850 that has numerous problems, one being the maintenance drawer will not come out. The printer has been switched off for 24 hours so has cooled down and i can,t see any paper jammed anywhere. I dont have a service manual, so if anyone can help on the problem and finding a service manual i would appreciate it.

Hi,

Remove the right cover of the printer, one screw in the front, behind the front-cover, the other one at the back. When the cover is removed, you will see an electic clutch on top, in the middle of the right side. Turn the white plastic at the end of that clutch untill your cap/whipe/purge is at it's lowest point. At that moment, a sort of lock is unlocked. At this time you can take the maintenance drawer out of the printer. If this doesn't help, there will be no other solution than pulling real hard
