Help! I've got a problem when I print a configuration page, the top looks just fine, however the text and color bar on the bottom of the page are printing about 1/4 too low, meaning that part of the wax is flaking off into the printer and creating quite a mess. Any hints? I've cleaned all the rollers etc.

Check the dmc tray lift pins, if they are excessively worn you will see notches on the end of each. If this is the case then it may not be oiling the drum properly and ink will stick to the drum during the transfix cycle, sometimes a tearing noise can be heard as paper exits. Replacing the dmc drawer should resolve this but I would also suggest replacing the dmc clutch at the same time. Respective part numbers are 436035901 and 650428800.

From the discription you gave it sounds like your paper drawer is set for A-4 size paper. Pull out the paper drawer and look on the right hand side. The tab should be in the top hole.
