I have found my problem to be a glitch in the firmware of my phaser 850DP. can anyone tell me how i can obtain and install new firmware?

Ron, I took these two printers in question to Nashville. It looks like we were on the right track with the firmware/clutches. also the power supply was the problem with the second 850N. It was not just the fuse, but the whole power supply. For some reason the power supply was shorting out and the fuse did not short first therefore causing the power supply to go bad. So I ordered a new power supply. There definately was a probelem with timing.
Now we need to get the two 840's woring for Monte.
