Phaser 850 - Evil Light Stripes

I have light stripes that will never go away. It is killing business at the moment and I am wondering if anyone might know the cause. I have done everything that xerox says yet no solution. On the Diagnostics page it shows 44 on the cyan being off, and 40 on the yellow off. I don't know what to do next, but I have to do something quickly.
