Phaser 850 Error Code

After changing a maintenance kit the printer restarted and came up with the error code 13.004.43:19834. I have googled around and have not found this exact code. Does anyone know what did code is referring to? Any help is greatly appreciated.

That error is a left jetstack hearer is not heating. This error is associated typically with the failure of the printhead. I would suspect that is was just coinsidence that it occured at the time you changed the maint kit.

You're most likely looking at needing a replacement printhead for the printer. Xerox lists these at $850. ($350 for the printhead & $500 Core, refundable when they get your printhead back.) Now, here is the million $ question. Are you using genuine Xerox ink? Because, if you are not, then you will NOT get your core charge back.
