Phaser 850 error code 05.002.42:29802

On my Phaser 850 I am getting the error code of 05.002.42:29802. If anyone has a service manual for this printer, could you kindly look it up and let me know what is causing this? Thank you very much.

From Service Manual:

5,002.42:
YA_POS_FAIL
Y-axis position failure. The drum is not where it should be.
Something is blocking the motion of the drum, the y-axis
belts or motor have failed, or there is a problem with the
Y-axis encoder signal.
