Phaser 850 error 15.004.45:62011

I don't know what this code means nor if it is something we can attempt to fix ourselves. Other 15K codes seem to refer to changing bulbs, which we might be able to handle. Any help is appreciated.

Your drum heater consists of 2 150w bulbs which have probably blown out based on the error code. The cost of the bulbs is about $15 for 2, which can be purchased at lowes or home depot. You need to remove the drum heater assy and then pop out the old bulbs and then install new ones and reassenble and you should be good to go.

Before you go buy bulbs you might want to check and make sure the contacts are not burnt. There were two styles of drum heaters made for the 850. The old style had copper contacts that would burn out and also cause the same error. If you have the old style don't put new bulbs in just go buy an updated drum heater.
