Phaser 850 diagnostic special adapter cable needed

The instructions to run the PC-based Diagnostics (uner Starting Up The Diagnostics) refers to a special diagnostic 5 pin serial port adapter which connects to a null port adapter which would then connect to the PC.

I would like to acquire the special 5 pin diagnostic adapter as mentioned in the instructions.

Can anyone supply a potential source for one of these?
