Phaser 8400 vertical stripes

Have run eliminate lite stripes multiple times.
Have run jetfix utility...worst on black...prints less and less black with each page completed...after you wait a while eliminate stripes runs fine...all black jets present.. but when you print a mostly black image I get less and less black with each page printed.

eliminate light stripes brings back black (all jets present)but when I print black images I get less and less black....just waiting does not bring back the black...only a cleaning(eliminate stripes)
