It has optional 3rd tray. When printing from printer, such as config page or anything else, it prints from tray 3 which is loaded with letterhead. Tray 2 is loaded with plain paper and this is setup correctly in the paper setup section on the front panel. Isn't tray 2 the default tray? Also can't get tray 1 to feed one evelope at a time. It has 33,000 pages on it and the roller and sep pad look okay.
Also have customer with new 8400 that has a problem with ghosting when duplexing or if feeding manually after the first side has been printed on. He has tried different media and different print quality settings but nothing has helped.
Any ideas or suggestions on either or both of these would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
