Phaser 8400 image stuck on drum

Hello, I have a Phaser 8400 I am working on and the image is getting stuck on the right hand side of the drum. I just replaced the drum pivot plate with the newly improved black color one from xerox and have also replaced the cam shaft due to original cams being cracked but it is still happening, what I see that is happening is that everything is good until it goes to transfer the image onto the paper it just doesnt on the left hand side of paper which would be the right side of drum when looking at machine, the left side of paper comes out blank. Does anyone have any ideas why the image wouldn't transfer to the paper on that side only? As far as cleaning it off everything seems ok with that it is just the transfering of the image.

The Transfix Roller may have been damaged. Low spots would cause poor transfer, and leave ink on the drum.
