Phaser 8400 Fault code 04,025.46.449

We have an 8400 that will produce this fault code (04,025.46.449)if left idle for long periods of time. Any Ideas on what the code calls for?

This fault code indicates a problem with the process control system. Cannot successfully home the drum transfix mechanism.

Will it run Eliminate Light stripes
