Phaser 8400 error 37,016.43

This error refers to the head maintenence clutch, but could be just the first error it gets before the real problem.
Pull out the maintenence tray and look to the left. Is the plastic blonde or black? If Blonde, it may have cracked, and
needs replacing with:
Drum Maintenence Pivot Plate: 367053180
Try using canned air to blow out the clutch plate first.
Also check the Media Drive Assy. that all gears are matched up with the small holes in them.
