Phaser 8400 - Black arrows are not matching exactly

Looking already for days at my Phaser 8400 but can not find the fault or trouble.

Adjusted to home position many times but still some error at beginning of mechanic start.

Now it says Moving Tilt Axis to home position.

Only thing I still see is 2 arrows on black plastics which should match but do not exactly.
That is a real indication someting is not ok in the home position.
I turn the screw on processing gear always but arrows are not matching completely.

Question: What can it be that these arrows are not matching each time....

Yes, my 8400 works splendid again. All is solved because of a strange not well know fault I have found myself!
The Nose Cone on the X-Axis motor seemed not to have any screw thread so the printhead did not move anymore because of this fault.
By replacing the nose cone and after setting all settings to home position again the machine was fixed!
