Phaser 8400 07.008.41 error code

I am working on a Xerox Phaser 8400. We removed the print head assembly while trying to determine where a print quality issue was originating from. After re-assembling unit, we get the following error message; 07.008.41:14989 Can you offer any assistance at to what this error message means and steps we may do to correct it? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Position all assys to home position as per chapter 6 in the manual then power back on. If the problem persists look for something blocking the printhead movement during initialization.
