Hi

Does anyone know what this error is -> LCD displays printer error - report fault 15.004.45:15428.

This is a drum heater failure. the drum is not reaching its desired setpoint. Replacing the drum heater assy will clear this error. Some have successfully replaced the 2 halogen bulbs to correct this error.

No it is not the same assy. The part number is 650415502.
