Phaser 840 Error code 07.004.46:119949

The error 07.004.46:119949 is likely caused by a drum maintenance clutch failure. This error often occurs when the extended maintenance kit is installed. The new roller exerts more pressure on the drum which can cause a weak clutch to surface. The 119949 part of the error is the printer's page count. Did you happen to replace the maintenance tray? If so, the new tray would have new lift-pins where the old tray's pins are worn. Installing the old tray will likely fix it until the clutch can be replaced. I don't know a good source for repair parts.
