I have a phaser 840 with a bad drum belt. When I replace this belt I will also replace the drum motor drive belt. I see many references to this belt in the forums but I cannot find the part number listed. Can someone please provide me with the part number for both belts. Also from previous post I see reference to a tension tool that I will need part# 003-1500-00. Any idea how much this tool and belt costs?

Thanks, Joe

Those 2 belts are part of the Y-axis assy. The part number is 650402700. Cost is about $70. The tension tool you speak of is used to provide proper tension on the pulley when installing it, I am unsure of the cost. It is possible to install the pulley without it. If after installing it you hear a groaning/vibrating noise during warm up or printing then you need to try and re-tension the assy.
