Phaser 8200 problem

I've got a Windows XP Prof SP1. At network is a printer Xerox Phaser 8200. When i try to mapping printer from network it says: "A policy is in effect on your computer which prevents you from connecting to this print queue. Please contact ...."
This is when i'm a user. But when i am administrator, everything is ok. There isn't any errors at W2K and with other printers.
Is a deference with a driver in W2K and WXP? I think that is incompatible driver. Can anyone help me?
