Phaser 8200 install errors

"spool32 caused a stack fault in kernel32.dll"

It installed ok a few days ago, then printing to it *or right clicking its icon in the printers folder* resulted in this message. I removed the software via Add/Remove programs, then I was able to delete its icon. No when I try to reinstall, I get this error. I rebooted between EVERY step.
