Phaser 8200 error 150004.45

I had this error a year ago today with this same customers printer.

I replaced the lamps in the preheater assy to fix.

I went out to the customers yesterday and tested the lamps and they were both blown.

Is this normal for the lamps to blow so soon?

Should I replace them again?

Check the contacts that hold the lamps in. They could be worn out. Xerox has updated them with a much better contact. If it has only been 1 year I would recomend replacing the whole asm. Pt# 650422801 at about $210.00
