I have a problem with my Phaser 8200. If I try to print three pages or more, I get an error 07.005.47 after the second or third page. Then I can reboot the printer and print again two or three pages until the error is reported again.
Sometimes the printer automatically reboots when it gets a print job. The reboot starts at the moment, when the printer tries to get a sheet of paper out of the lower tray (about 500 sheet tray). It looks like that the power breaks down, perhaps of a temporary short somewhere.
When I print on slides out of the internal tray, I do not have the 07.005.47 problem. Maybe because slide printing takes a longer time.
Does anybody has an idea how I could find out the source of the problem. The page count is about 4500.

Thanks,

Reinhard

I must say that this is a VERY common problem I see with the 850/860/8200 printer line. The old style DM clutch is just prone to failure. I would be suprised if replacing the clutch in your printer DOESN'T solve the problem. Also, while you have the covers off, on the right side of the printer, it the Transfix solenoid. You might want to put a piece of tape over the pad. I've seen these get sticky, and cause exit jams. A simple piece of tape takes care of it.

PaoloITA has the part no. reversed 650428800 is the new part no. But he is correct it should fix your problem also check the lift pins of the maintenance drawer and both cam followers.

I changed the clutch and the printer is working again.

Thank you very much,
