Phaser 790 Error message 009-341

Hi,

can anyone explain what message: 009-341 call service
means.

The automatic density sensor (ADC)has detected a higher than normal reading. It may just be the sensor is dirty from excess toner. Cleaning and vacuuming the toner may resolve this, or the sensor itself maybe bad. This occurrs alot when using a 3rd party toner cartridge due to compatibility problems.
