Phaser 790 Error 0082 Cycle Power 1

Hi, can anyone tell me whether this is a reasonably easy problem to fix - ie on a scale of 1 to 10 - 1 being 'Press a button' 10 being 'Throw it in a skip'

I can probably find someone to fix it but would prefer to know beforehand whether it is a major or minor problem.

On a scale of 1-10 this should be a one. Heres what the book says: XX82 Fault Code RAP
The series of fault codes identified with four placeholder fault codes ending with XX82 is caused by a controller job handling error.
Procedure
Preform the following:
Switch off the power and switch on the power

Switch off the power and disconnect the printer from the network. Switch the power on and clear the job log and queues on the printer and client. Switch off the power and reconnect the network, switch the printer on.

Replace the hard drive

Thanks Cultoflon, that did the trick. Why such a simple thing is not in the manuals is beyond me, especially as it would have cost a lot for a call out!
