Error 61 replace color imaging unit. Processor motor error... We have replaced this part.. Printed several pages and the error reappeared. Is there a sensor somewhere that can be cleaned? Is there a place to obtain an exploded drawing of this phaser 780.. I did not see one or overlooked on xerox site. This unit was donated to us by Kinko's. I am also wondering if the maintenance cost on this unit are goign to be a lot.. I can already tell the quality far exceeds my user community demands..??

From the manual:
There is a problem with the process motor. the engine control board did not receive a signal from the accumulator belt home sensor signal in the specified time.
1. Test the process drive assembly
2. Test the +24 VDC at P/J 32-11 and frame ground.
3. Test the accumulator belt home sensor
4. Replace the process motor.
5. Replace the accumulator belt assembly
6. Replace the engine control board
7. Replace the imaging unit
