I wrote the just prior message detailing what had become of my printer and I made some headway by cleaning the entire unit. I then plugged it in and the printer powers up, goes through the pre-initiation sequence, and stops/hangs at the point where the front panel display says "initiating...". Since it hung, I went to Xerox and found what I should do in this event, and it said to reset the NVRAM, which I did. Next, the display shows error 21 toner carousel error. While I am looking for a service manual, does anyone know about this particular error or its solution?
