This question has been answered in the thread below. Please help me with terminology. Where is the cleaning unit? Where would I find the screws on the cleaning unit.

In another thread someone said that accumulator belt cleaner is stuck to the accumulator belt. Are these people talking about the same thing? What do you do if the accumulator belt cleaner is stuck?

Is there a manual that I can go to. I'm willing to purchase it.
Thanks, Roman

The most likely reason it is only printing in black is that the cleaning unit is in too tight. If you loosen the two screws on the cleaning unit holder, the cleaning unit will probably pop into place. The cleaning unit must be loose enough to pivot. So don't overtighten.

I received information from forum which was consistant with the attached thread and it did indeed fix the problem.
If you open the front cover, just in front of the fuser there is a plate held in place with two serated head screws. By removing the fuser assembly and then these two screw you can drop out the cleaner, clean it up and reassemble it so that it will float or pivot freely.
