PHASER 780 PRINTING IN BLACK ONLY NO COLOR EVEN WHEN PRINTING A TEST P 1

Have a phaser 780 that only prints in black I printed the demo page,consumable page,config. page and only prints in black no color.

The most likely reason it is only printing in black is that the cleaning unit is in too tight. If you loosen the two screws on the cleaning unit holder, the cleaning unit will probably pop into place. The cleaning unit must be loose enough to pivot. So don't overtighten.
