I know there was an earlier thread about this Error 11, but it didn't seen to get resolved. I was just given a Phaser 780 and when I power it up, it gives me a Image Density Error 11. The printer is reporting the black toner at 0%. I just wanted to know if the error is probably because of the black toner being empty or a more serious error. I don't want to buy black toner if the printer needs serious repair. Thanks!
