One of our customers has a Phaser 780 that puts a crease only on 11 x 17 paper. The same problem occurred last spring and changing out the fuser seemed to cure it. The users haven't put on enough pages to warrant a new fuser again. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

This is a known issue with tek. printers. one make sure that transpacies is not seleted anywhere in the printer options. second just replace the fuser. the cost of trying to fix or trouble shoot is just to great.
