I just purchased a used Phaser 780GN. It was under a maintenence contract and seems to be working fine. However, the quality of bitmap images is poor. They are dark, with poor shadow detail and a color cast. I need to print from Photoshop and Acrobat on an XP machine. Can anyone tell me (or direct me to a resource) how to set things up for good images. I only need good prints from the 780, I am not interested in making press proofs (like SWOP). Thanks - this is a great forum.
