Phaser 7760GX Line through CMYK Build/ CYAN!!!!

We are having a problem when we print on thick stock settings/ thick stock with process builds. There is a line that is mostly cyan running through pictures on the paper in the same spot every time. Anyone have any idea what this is? Xerox can't seem to figure it out. We have replaced everything but the laser on the printer. Thanks!
