Phaser 7760 imaging unit not recognized

My Phaser 7760 suddenly started complaining of a "non phaser imaging unit 4". These are the very same drums (imaging units) it always had. It all started when the machine freezed while trying to print a job. On power up after recycling power, the fault started. Pls any help will be highly appreciated urgently.
