Phaser 7760 diagonal banding

I have a phaser 7760 with diagonal banding!

Please see link to the example of what is supposed to be solid cyan:

Please let me know if anyone has seen this before and what can cause this.

Cool! Print a bunch and use them on another printer for text! Just kidding. I have never seen this!
Print the solid fills test to see if it is a specific toner, well the cyan of course. You can swap them, they are not keyed, and see if it follows a toner, or is that slot.
Laser could have gone bad is my first guess.

I had suspected the dev assy for cyan was bad and I was correct!

Removed the cyan dev assy and toner/dev was not distributed evenly accross the mag roller.

New dev and dev assy on order.
