At first, I thought my monitor calibration was off, I jumped through all kinds of hoops of settings to get around this Purple issue. Then i decided to print off from the printer (standalone) and proceeded in Color Calibration Menu. I print out the "Color Reference" Page. This Prints out CMYK and RGB.
C = fine; looks purely like Cyan
M = fine
Y = fine
K = fine
R = Fine (a bit orangish on fadeout)
G = Fine
B = PURPLE
Blue, is obviously purple (in the color bar printouts). So I proceed in doing Both Basic and Advanced corrections in the printer control panel. I still get purple.
I'm pending tech support, but I wanted to know if I was overlooking something.
