Phaser 7700, Waste cartridge is missing 1

Hi

I've got a 7700 in for repair that is saying "waste cartridge missing", have tried another cartridge, dc controller and microswitch. can any of you guys help?

Check the engine controll board, P400/P410 connecters make sure these are seated completely.
