Phaser 7700 HD Crash - Need to format & Initialize

Xerox Phaser 7700 GX
Getting Error 20 IDE Disk
Had a power outage while the disk was canceling a job. Error was there when powered back on.
How do I format and initialize the drive. I see posts about the phaser 860 using hd.exe but can't find the file. It is no longer coming up on google. Does anyone have the hd.exe
file and is this appropriate for a 7700.
