Phaser 7700 fuser jams

I have a Phaser 7700 that is producing fuser jams ONLY when printing sold color fills on the leading edge of the paper. When running test prints it will print the first four pages (of primary colors) fine, then when it starts the sold fills it always jams. Independent of page size or the paper setting. It is NOT the fuser, as I have three of them and it does the same with each.

Any suggestions?
