MESSAGE: error 20 transfer roller contact falure
does any body knows what part failed.

There is a spring loaded silver color tab that the transfer roller touches when it turns out to make contact. In diagnostics, run the BTR retract test series and see if you hear it moving in and out. You can check to see if the contact is damaged. You may have to go into daignostics to clear the tech faults because after 3 power ups with a fatal error, nvram retains it and it has to be cleared in order to proceed.
