PGTlaser was looking for a solution to this problem, and so was csutech, and now I am as well. Exact same errors. fatal errors. clearing rep faults hasn't worked yet, not sure how many times it needs to be done. this is a common combination of errors, must be indicative of a common fix? PGTlaser replaced the engine board, laser unit and more, more, more without getting rid of the problem. Has anyone solved this issue or have any ideas? perhaps a power supply board issue? thanks.

One or more of the interlocks is deactivated. - Check all trays and doors for proper seat and operation, an open circuit will cause this error to occur. 2. The locking pin on the left hand door is bent and not allowing the door to close properly. - Re-align the locking pin and make sure that the door seats properly, test for proper operation.
The connector on the Print Engine (MCU Board) to the Laser (ROS) assembly may require reseating of the connectror to resolve the issue. Try reseating the connector before replacing the laser (ROS) assembly. J401 on PE / MCU Board
